Your Fresh 48 Photographer

Capturing these types of moments is what I enjoy most. As a mother of 4 - and another on the way - I know just how precious every birth is. When you're a first-time mother, the emotions that come with it are hard to put into words. I want you to know that I approach every session with delicacy and understand that scheduling is on your time.

My Fresh 48 Photography

As a photographer, I spend a lot of time learning about the personalities, hobbies and interests of my clients. When it comes to newborn photography, I know nothing about the star! 🙂 But, there are plenty of ideas I’ve gathered over the years to make this style of photography work. It’s not a studio session, so props and backdrops aren’t the main focus. It’s about capturing authentic moments of parents in awe within the first 48 hours of birth.

The hospital setting can be grueling for some expecting mothers, but remembering the time spent awaiting arrival is what it’s all about. I do my best to incorporate personal elements of your stay so your portraits are more memorable. I know my husband and I have plenty of interesting stories from the hospital room! Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions and I look forward to planning around your due date!

Newborn and Fresh 48 Photographer

Hi I’m Danielle! I have an amazing family of 6 and am blessed to be able to work as a fresh 48 photographer since 2013. I love getting to know families and helping them capture new memories together. Although hospital sessions are spontaneous and take a lot of planning – they’re by far my favorite. There’s nothing more authentic than the joy a newborn brings to the family.
